Emily and Joel tied the knot on a hot autumn day at Eleven-Eighty, a tucked-away gem on the South Coast that felt like their own little world for the afternoon. The kind of day where the sun hangs a little lower, golden light everywhere, and everything feels slower — in the best way.
Their ceremony unfolded in the courtyard, surrounded by old brick and ivy, with their baby boy fast asleep in his pram nearby. It was quiet, heartfelt, and real. No frills, just two people promising forever while their little one snoozed through the whole thing like he already knew everything would be just fine.
As the sun dipped, the party came alive. The courtyard transformed under festoon lights and the dance floor went off. No stiff first dances or awkward shuffling — just bodies moving, drinks in hand, heels kicked off, and that warm buzz you only get when everyone’s exactly where they want to be.
It was a wedding that felt intimate but alive, emotional but fun. The kind of day that didn’t need perfection — it had presence, and that’s always better.
