I'm only a year and a half late in blogging these personal photos, but at least I'm doing it! Nov 2015 I met my parents over in Copenhagen, Denmark. From there we had a family holiday in Tromso Norway and then visited Amsterdam, Netherlands. After this short family holiday, my bother and I flew to London, England and went on a western European Contiki Tour. From there we visited Amsterdam (again), Berlin Germany, Prague Czech Republic, and Vienna Austria.
Amanda and Dan's wedding was such a beautiful day in the Blue Mountains. On a foggy and rainy Thursday morning I drove down to Loxley on Bellbird Hill, and one hour into shooting the day the rain and clouds cleared despite the weather forecast. Have a look at my favourite photos from the day below :)
I'm only a few million months behind in blogging, but I'm finally getting around to this session! It had been pouring rain the whole week prior to Emma and Kurt's engagement session, and having to reschedule once already due to the rain we were keen to get shooting. The bride and groom-to-be chose Sunny Corner State Forest for their engagement location, and despite the soft and wet ground from all the rain, the pine trees and forest worked wonderfully in our favour.
I've never been able to do a home-lifestyle maternity session before, mostly due to the fact that I normally organise for my maternity shoots to be outside. However this maternity lifestyle session really allowed for some beautiful, imperfect, natural and innocent moments to be captured between Kirralee and Polly, before they welcomed their newest member Daisy into their growing family. Kirralee showed me some beautiful photos on pinterest of the style of photos she wanted to create for this ses...
I am so thrilled that winter ends next week, but with that being said, I love how different the colours and tones are in winter. I loved the simple look that was created within the outdoor photos from this shoot. The bare trees in the background really gave off that authentic winter feel we were going for. I loved being able to shoot these images for Lola Design Blog featuring two looks.
This family session was pretty adorable! Hendrix was the cutest little man I think I've ever seen! But turns out even the best baby models get pretty sick of cameras after a while, which is pretty evident in the last few photos when Hendrix had decided he'd had enough.
